With two singles released, and a reputation for their on-stage energy, Victoria BC’s Peanut Butter Telephone has become an unstoppable force in the city’s indie music scene.

Forming in the beginning of 2022, this 5-piece band’s distinct sound draws from jazz, alternative, indie and prog influences, blending them into a psychedelic rock experience like no other. The group’s inter-weaving guitar riffs, punctuated by tight drums, bouncy bass grooves, and winding key passages toe the line between easy listening indie jams, and face melting prog epics.

In April of 2022, Peanut Butter Telephone made their live debut at a university house party, and they haven’t looked back since. Driven by a passion for both the music and the stage, these university students have gone on to headline sold out shows, and even perform at a packed Capital Ballroom. PBT’s live performances have rapidly gained a reputation in the Victoria music scene for their electric atmosphere. On stage, the band’s pure energy and chemistry has intoxicated Victoria concertgoers and left them wanting more.

With new music on the way, Peanut Butter Telephone is showing no signs of stopping.
