Bebe and Oona

Bebe and Oona Sun Cutter, a Toronto/Montreal-based indie rock band led by twins Bebe and Oona, merge a melodic post-punk aesthetic with artful songcraft, visceral lyrics, propulsive grooves, and irresistible pop hooks. Their effortless musical sync recalls some of rock’s most iconic sister acts, including HAIM, The Breeders, and Tegan and Sara, while their sound remains distinctly their own. Fierce Bebe commands attention with a huge, emotionally expressive voice underscored by emphatic guitar crunch, while sweet Oona brings big smiles, bouncy bass lines, and vocal harmonies that balance tension and charm. Known for ferociously fun live shows, the band gets crowds moving and scream-singing every word.
