Blue Dirt Girl

Blue Dirt Girl has been creating and performing music since 2015 and is based in Vancouver, BC, Canada and Saturna Island.

The band is jazzed to announce the release of their 3rd studio album ‘LOVE ADJUSTED’ on BANDCAMP and all streaming platforms.

“It’s their range that floors me. It’s rare to find a whole album that entertains. I can barely describe their music. They are not to be pinned down by genre. Layered voice, exquisite harmonies, relatable yet elegant lyrics pared down to the bone, and unique bass parts that both weave and stand out.”

Kathryn Sutherland’s fascination with her wah pedal, desire to dance and her eclectic music collection informs both her vocal style and songwriting.

Albert Klassen’s accumulated musical and songwriting prowess is the deep pool he delves into for his bass and harmony interpretations.
