Rooted in Vancouver, Belgium and the Okanagan, Down The Lees (DTL) is a formidable post-noise rock trio known for their raw intensity, emotional depth, and powerful live shows. DTL has released multiple albums and EPs, including highlights Bury the Sun (recorded by Steve Albini – Nirvana/Pixies) and Dirt (produced by Jesse Gander – Japandroids/ANCIIENTS). They also won Best Song at the OSIF Awards for “Douse” and filmed a high-concept theatre show for their live album and concert film This Is What It Feels Like, supported by Creative BC. They have shared stages with Brutus, Pile, Sparta, and KEN mode – to name a few, and continue to carve out a reputation as one of Canada’s most compelling and emotionally resonant live acts.
